Day 1: Arrival, Check-in & Udaipur Sightseeing

Construction of the City Palace began in 1559 under Maharana Udai Singh II, the founder of Udaipur. At the City Palace Museum, you can witness royal artifacts, a crystal gallery, and detailed courtyards adorned with peacock mosaics. • Jagdish Temple- A seventeenth-century Hindu shrine, Jagdish Temple, displays impressive Indo-Aryan architecture. The three-story building has intricately carved pillars and tall spires. A brass Garuda statue flanks the entrance. The idol of Lord Vishnu in the sanctum creates a spiritual atmosphere.
• Lake Pichola- Created in 1362 CE by a Banjara tribesman named Pichhu Banjara during the reign of Maharana Lakha, Lake Pichola is a man-made marvel. Day 2: Udaipur Sightseeing

• Saheliyon Ki Bari- Saheliyon Ki Bari is one of Udaipur’s most graceful and historically charming landmarks. Built by Maharana Sangram Singh I, it served as a royal garden for the Queen of Mewar and her 48 attendants. Lotus pools, marble domes, and elephant-shaped fountains reflect the happiness, beauty, and leisure of royal women. A small museum within the complex displays artifacts, royal portraits, and relics from Udaipur’s regal lifestyle.
• Fateh Sagar Lake- Originally built in 1678 CE by Maharana Jai Singh, Fateh Sagar Lake stretches across 2.4 kilometers. It is divided into three islands, including Nehru Park and Udaipur Solar Observatory. Boating on Fateh Sagar Lake is one of Udaipur’s most delightful experiences.
